Our Story
Ross Hunter, our Founder, has spent over two decades unlocking potential across organisations, teams, and individuals. He is driven by turning soft skills, like levels of trust, into hard data to enable better outcomes.
The inspiration for the LIVIS approach emerged during Ross’ time as Head Coach of an International Blind Sports Team. He witnessed how every player, despite their blindness, understood their performance with remarkable clarity. Analysis happened in real-time, feedback was essential, and the richest opportunities for growth were never missed.
It changed his understanding of high performance — and made him acutely aware of what’s so often missing elsewhere. As Ross went on to work across elite sport, a global consultancy, and within a FTSE 20 organisation, a consistent gap became clear: the further people moved from feedback and behavioural clarity, the harder it became to truly understand their performance. He saw how teams and individuals often operate in the dark — where people performance goes unmeasured, feedback is delayed or absent, and potential goes unrealised. LIVIS was created to fill this gap: turning everyday behaviours into hard data, so development, recruitment and investment are no longer left to chance.
