Our Story

Ross Hunter, our Founder, has spent over two decades unlocking potential across organisations, teams, and individuals. His mission is clear: to reveal the behaviours that unlock peak performance.

The inspiration for LIVIS was born in elite sport. As Head Coach of an international team, Ross saw first-hand how analytics from real events and constant feedback gave players the clarity to perform at their peak. Nothing was left to chance—every opportunity for growth was captured.

That experience transformed his view of high performance. Moving into global consultancy and a FTSE 20 organisation, Ross saw the stark contrast: without feedback in the moment and behavioural clarity, teams and leaders were often operating in the dark—performance unmeasured, feedback delayed, potential unrealised.
