Our Story

Ross Hunter, LIVIS Founder, has spent over two decades working across elite sport, global consultancy and enterprise leadership environments.

One insight became increasingly clear: The behaviours driving leadership, decision-making and organisational performance were rarely measured objectively.

In elite sport, performance is analysed relentlessly. Decisions are reviewed. Interactions are studied. Patterns are measured. Nothing important is left purely to instinct or opinion.
